Corporate Social Responsibility:
Cessatech A/S has chosen to initially focus its CSR activities on its partners and employees, to inform about the status of the treatment of children in the healthcare system and when possible, support activities related to children that are hospitalized:
Cessatech aims to provide good working and living conditions for its employees.
- Cessatech has a salary policy; that dictates that all employees receive the same salary.
- Cessatech provides employees with the possibility to work remote and have flexible working hours
Cessatech collects and distribute information about the current status of treatment of children within the healthcare system in order to heighten awareness of the matter and demonstrate its importance. The data for example entails the extent of off label use of medication in children and the extent of physical restraint when treating children.
Cessatech partners only with European based suppliers and vendors to ensure that quality and responsibility is a priority – all partners comply with GxP requirements.
Cessatech focuses its funds and resources at developing its product, Cessatech will however, when possible, donate to charity activities related to children that are hospitalised or otherwise in contact with the healthcare system. Cessatech has for example donated the price sum the company was awarded from an entrepreneurship award to the Danish university hospital Rigshopitalet marked “Toys for the children”.
