Cessatech has appointed Rachel Curtis Gravesen as Observer to the Board of Directors with the intention that she will be proposed as a member of the Board of Directors at the Company’s Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on March 17, 2022.
The appointment follows significant business progress over the last year and Ulla Buhl’s decision to resign as a member of the Board of Directors to focus on other activities.
