As a pivotal-stage paediatric biotech company, Cessatech applies a pragmatic and proportionate approach to Corporate Social Responsibility, focusing on areas where the Company can create meaningful impact while maintaining strong compliance and governance standards.

Cessatech will continue to strengthen its internal governance and procedures to ensure responsible handling of sensitive data and compliance with applicable data protection requirements.
2. Employee Wellbeing and Workplace Responsibility
Cessatech aims to provide fair and attractive working conditions for its employees and to promote a healthy, inclusive and flexible work environment. 3. Social Impact for Children in Healthcare
Cessatech’s primary contribution to society is the responsible development of innovative paediatric hospital medicines addressing high-impact unmet needs. The Company aims to support improved awareness of challenges in paediatric healthcare, including off-label medication use and physical restraint. When financially feasible, Cessatech will also support relevant charitable initiatives related to children who are hospitalised or otherwise in contact with the healthcare system.
Governance and Reporting
The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for overseeing CSR, while executive management is responsible for implementing CSR initiatives as part of the Company’s daily operations.
Cessatech will continue to develop its CSR activities over time in line with the Company’s growth and regulatory requirements, while ensuring that its CSR strategy remains aligned with its mission and business priorities.
